Mohave Valley, Arizona
A Lifestyle of Sun and Colorado River Recreation
Cimarron Lake is an 300 acre master-planned community located on State Route 95, adjacent to the Colorado River, South of Bullhead City, in Mohave County Arizona identified by the Census Bureau as the fastest growing Micropolitan area in the United States. Development started in 1991 with the construction of the 9 acre community park, the extensively landscaped Cimarron Boulevard, and the first phase of 94 lots.
Cimarron Lake's amenities include a Colorado River marina and at build-out, three parks, all connected within the Community by extensive walking and jogging trails. The crown park, Cimarron Lake Park, when completed, will have cabanas surrounding the lake, a swimming pool, spa and picnic facilities.
Set in the center of Mohave Valley, Cimarron Lake has stunning views of the surrounding Black mountains and is just a short drive to old, historic mining towns, Historic Route 66, the excitement of Nevada gaming and the attractions of Lake Havasu, including the world famous London Bridge.
A Partnership controlled by Biegel & Co acquired the higher use elements of Cimarron Lake which front on State Highway 95 (a total of 67 acres identified as AA, BB, CC & DD on the Master Landscape Plan), in the early 90s with the intent to capitalize on the appreciation of 3 of the 4 parcels, to provide the equity required to develop a neighborhood shopping center on the forth parcel. These parcels were recently sold off for a significant gain to the principals.
